01 — Acceptance
By creating an account or using HABITIQ you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 — The Service
HABITIQ is a habit-tracking and recovery-correlation application for personal, non-commercial use. We provide statistical correlations based on user-inputted data and third-party biometric syncs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
03 — No Medical Advice
The insights generated by HABITIQ are for informational purposes only. HABITIQ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
04 — Accounts
- A. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- B. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
- C. You may not share your account or use the service on behalf of another person without their consent.
- D. You must be at least 13 years old to use HABITIQ.
05 — Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- A. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- B. Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
- C. Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- D. Use the service to store or transmit harmful or illegal content.
06 — Your Data
You retain ownership of all health and habit data you enter into HABITIQ. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
07 — Free and Pro Tiers
HABITIQ offers a Free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with full access. Pro features are unlocked via in-app purchase or subscription. Fees for the Pro tier are billed monthly and are non-refundable unless required by law.
08 — Third-Party Integrations
Connecting a third-party device (e.g. WHOOP, Oura) is subject to that provider's own terms. HABITIQ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
09 — Disclaimer of Warranties
HABITIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HABITIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11 — Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where HABITIQ is registered.
